SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday and shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. International orders are shipped USPS First Class. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it will ship. Shipping times are estimates. ProRide™ is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from Prorideusa.com for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, 10% restocking fee will be applied. The returned items must be in Re-saleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend return shipment(s) be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for USPS services that have tracking). Please note: the amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
