SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday and shipped via USPS Priority. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it will ship. Shipping times are estimates. ProRide is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from Prorideusa.com for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in Re-saleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend return shipment(s) be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for USPS services that have tracking). Please note: the amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
